Text Box:    Above are before and after photos of Brother Keith O'Neal. He has lost a lot of weight. Me, after having a heart attack 8 months ago and seeing what eating can do to your health, I firmly believe Keith has added years to his life. I know this body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, and as such we need to treat it as something beautiful from God. I will be the first to admit that it isn't easy, if I had gotten use to doing the health thing when I was younger, it would be easier now. The max I have weighed is 365lbs, much to much! I now weigh 251 lbs. Praise God for the weight I have lost. I know I have more to lose. This is my prayer, that you will see what you can do to help your health before you have a heart attack or something else maybe worse. Bro. Jerry Bible Facts
